How much does a clean cost?

Every quote is tailored to your property — based on size, condition and the type of clean. As a guide, regular cleans typically start from £18/hour, deep cleans from £22/hour, and end-of-tenancy is priced per property. Request a free quote and we'll come back with an exact price.
What's included in each clean?

Regular cleans cover dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. Deep cleans add inside appliances, limescale, skirting boards and detailed sanitising. End-of-tenancy is a full top-to-bottom clean to landlord/agency standards. Tell us anything specific and we'll include it.
Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes — we bring all professional cleaning products and equipment as standard, at no extra cost. If you'd prefer us to use your own products (eco, fragrance-free, pet-safe), just let us know in your quote request.
What affects the price of my clean?

Size (bedrooms and bathrooms), the type of clean, the current condition of the property, how often you'd like us, and any extras such as carpets, oven, or inside windows. Frequency helps too — weekly and fortnightly cleans are priced lower per visit than one-offs.
How should I prepare my home before the cleaner arrives?

No deep tidying needed, but a few things help us spend our time cleaning rather than moving things: clear worktops and floors of clutter, put away laundry and dishes, secure pets, tell us about anything delicate, and let us know how we'll get in (in person, key, or code). For deep and end-of-tenancy cleans, please empty cupboards and the fridge/freezer where possible.
How quickly can you come, and how long does a clean take?

Regular cleans can usually be booked within a few days, and end-of-tenancy cleans within 48 hours subject to availability. A typical 2-bed flat takes 2–3 hours for a regular clean, 4–6 hours for a deep clean, and 5–8 hours for end-of-tenancy.
